Daniel Levy directed Spurs' transition to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019.

Innovative business leader the entrepreneur has rejected making a formal takeover bid for Tottenham.

Tottenham had before “clearly turned down” an informal expression of interest from a syndicate spearheaded by the American last month and stated the team was off the market.

Yet British acquisition regulations dictated that, after an informal proposal declined, the interested parties had to submit a bid by the October deadline or state they would not proceed.

Confirmation of the decision was issued in a announcement issued by the club to the financial markets, stating the organization is “ceased to be in an acquisition window.”

Earick published an picture of the announcement on social media, remarking: “It was a honor interacting with Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family's agents over the past few months.

“I maintain great respect for the organization, its management, and its fans, and hope for nothing but success.”

Spurs' leadership thanked the group for its “constructive approach” in talks and for “acknowledging the definitive view” of the shareholders that the organization is not for sale.

Earick is a one-time music presenter who also served in space technology for the space agency before founding the innovation company, which concentrates on technology, communications, sports and recreation.

The informal offer was the third expression of interest declined by the club's board since the unexpected exit of top executive Levy in the fall.

On 8 September, the organization turned down proposals from previous club stakeholder the financier's the investment firm and a syndicate spearheaded by Roger Kennedy and the co-investor through the holding company.

Levy and his household hold about a significant stake of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an nearly 87 percent stake in Spurs.

Levy was the Premier League's top-tenured leader and is reported to have earned in excess of fifty million pounds during his almost quarter of a century in the capacity.

However he was also the focus of ongoing dissent by the club's followers, notably last season as domestic league results turned out disappointing.

Spurs won their initial silverware in seventeen years when they defeated Manchester United in last season's Europa League final.
